Basic Columbus/Dedaccai/Nova tubed frame, includes a one colour baked enamel paint job, decals and polished stainless steel head badge; lugged construction, and internal frame waterproofing, does not include fork. (Tubing will be decided depending on the application, rider weight and construction method):

Travel Frame: S & S couplers installed on the main tubes so that the frame can be split in two to fit in a regular sized suitcase. Avoid being hit with huge fees by your airline when you travel with your bike. This price includes two couplings, quick connect gear and brake cable splitters where necessary, a coupler wrench and a tube of grease for greasing the threads. $600
Note I can do retrofits of couplers on your existing frame, this cannot be done on all frames so please contact me for feasibility and a quote

Payment of a 50% deposit will secure your place in the build list, please note this deposit is non-refundable.
Lead time to completion of your frame will be calculated upon arrival of the deposit, then tubing, castings and fittings will be ordered.
Payment of the final 50% is to be sent through after I send you a photo of the completed and painted frame, upon arrival of the final payment the frame will be ready for pickup or freight.
I can help with advising on build kits, and can install parts for a fee. Please contact me for costs.

Warranty:
My frames come with a lifetime warranty for the original owner which covers any defects in the construction of the frame.
Defects in materials are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.Warranty will be a repair or replacement.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage incurred by: accidents, abuse or neglect of the frame, daily wear and tear (e.g. I cannot cover paint scratches, dents or other damage caused which were not related to defects in workmanship or materials), natural disasters or acts of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
